An introduction to the Holy Scriptures, the word of God.
A book that is under constant attack!
Part 1-3
Part 1
Is the Bible, God's Holy word or just a book?
The most feared book of all time!
The Bible is the most widely distributed and published book in the world. It has been printed in an estimated 5 billion copies and has been translated into more than 3,000 languages; this despite the fact that at the time of writing 52 countries have banned or severely restricted the Bible, which is a book that preaches, among other things, that we should love our enemies. Ironically, 93 countries have signed the UN Convention on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons, so one could argue that these 52 leaders who have banned the Bible in their countries apparently fear a book almost as much as nuclear weapons, a book they don't even believe in. Sadly, the same attitude towards the Bible exists even in countries that do not claim to be hostile to the Bible (e.g. Finland and England) because they can no longer tolerate its contents. The Bible warns that the time will come when they will not tolerate sound doctrine and will turn to fables (2 Timothy 4:3-4).
If the Bible is just a book like any other, why ban it at all?
If the Bible is just a book like any other, why do people fear the Bible, even those who reject it?
If the Bible is just a book like any other, why do people who don't believe in it get upset by its contents?
"For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart." - Hebr. 4:12. (KJV)
"Is not my word like as a fire? saith the Lord; and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces?" - Jer. 23:29 (KJV)
Is the Bible holy because I or someone else says so? No, it is sacred because the Bible says so:
"(Which he had promised afore by his prophets in the holy scriptures,)" - Rom 1:2 (KJV)
The word of God, working in you who believe
The Bible is historically accurate and at the same time is the only book in the world that accurately predicts every detail of the future. The Bible is the only book in the world written by more than twenty different authors (by the hand of God) on three different continents, who also lived more than a thousand years apart, that accurately predicts every detail of the future without making a single mistake. It is obvious that the Bible is the word of God, therefore receive it as the word of God.
"For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe." - 1Th 2:13. (KJV)
The word of God is a living word
Yes the word of God is alive - If you search in the USA: Library of Congress in Washington D.C. which is said to be the largest library in the world, among all these millions of books you will find except the Bible NO living book, all other books are written by men, who are dead in the spirit written according to their own understanding (see Pro 3:5).
"The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, O Lord, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever." - Psa 12:6-7. (KJV).
Summary
The Bible is not only the most widely distributed and published book in the world, with over 5 billion copies and translations into more than 3 000 languages, but it also provokes strong reactions worldwide. Despite preaching love for one's enemies, it is banned in 52 countries, ironically comparable to the fear aroused by nuclear weapons. This fear and aversion extends even to countries that are not openly hostile to the Bible, such as Finland and England, where its content is no longer well tolerated. This opposition to the Bible among unbelievers points to its unique and penetrating nature, described in Hebrews 4:12 as sharper than any two-edged sword and a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
The Bible, which is historically accurate and the only book that predicts the future without error, is the word of God and not a creation of man. Its human authorship under God's inspiration spans three continents and several millennia, reinforcing its uniqueness and relevance. Although there are millions of other books in the world's largest library, the Bible is the only 'living' book, emphasising its continuing importance and impact in people's lives, so that we can all know the truth.
”I WILL praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee. I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name." - Psa 138:1-2 (KJV).
The Bible, the Holy Scriptures
THE BIBLE is the Word of God that fills the mind, rules the heart, guides the feet, and is the lamp that lights the path of believers.
The BIBLE contains the mind of God, the state of man, the way of salvation, the ruin of sinners, and the happiness of believers. Its doctrine is sound and holy, its precepts are binding, its history is true, and its decisions are immutable. Read it to be wise, believe it to be safe, and practise it to be holy. It contains light to guide you, food to sustain you and comfort to encourage you.
The BIBLE is the traveller's map, the wanderer's staff, the captain's compass, the soldier's sword, and the Christian's charter. Here paradise is restored, heaven is opened and the gates of hell are revealed.
JESUS CHRIST is its grand subject. Our own good lies in its construction, and the glory of God its end.
THE BIBLE is a mine of riches, a paradise of honour, and a river of delight. It is given to you in life, it will be opened at the judgement and remembered forever.
The BIBLE involves the highest responsibility and will reward hard work and will condemn all who disregard its sacred contents.
Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word. - Psa 119:9 (KJV)
This is my comfort in my affliction: for thy word hath quickened me. - Psa 119:50 (KJV)
For ever, O Lord, thy word is settled in heaven. - Psa 119:89 (KJV)
Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. - Psa 119:105 (KJV)
The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple. - Psa 119:130 (KJV)
Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever. - Psa 119:160 (KJV)
Part 2
Beware of thieves who want to rob you of your faith in God's word!
The Alexandrian Text Critics
There is ONE BOOK that the text critics want to get rid of
It is clear which book the textual critics want to get rid of, that book is called the 1611 King James Version. No they are not against the Greek text that is the basis of the 1611 King James Version, but it is the English translation that all textual critics compare to the forged Greek manuscripts and criticise the 1611 King James Version because it does not match their text. Which of course it doesn't, the King james Bible comes from the correct line of manuscripts, the Majority Text, which originated in Syria. Antioch (not from the corrupt line of manuscripts, the Minority text the critical text, which originated in Egypt, Alexandria or Rome).
Critics of the King James Bible believe the claims that it is an "incomplete translation" and have spent over 400 years trying to correct its alleged shortcomings. From one Bible translation to the next. (at least until today about 150-200 translations in English) So where is the perfect translation? You say: "It does not exist." WHAT? So for over 400 years all those involved in this endeavour; some 600,000 scholars, including Bible commentators, translators, professors, archaeologists, historians and students, have failed to produce ONE perfect and error-free translation. Isn't that a clear confession and proof that the basic argument for their work is a lie, especially considering the extensive time and resources invested in producing a Bible that is without the errors allegedly found in the King James Bible.
What is conveyed by these deceivers is the message that the King James Bible is wrong and also that the Bible as a whole is not to be trusted, that we don't know exactly what is the word of God because we don't have the original text. While claiming that the original text says, the Greek text says. Which Greek text? And do they have the original text? No, don't believe these deceivers and liars, who without even blinking can use Codex Vaticanus and Codex Sinaiticus; when these contain the Apocrypha as part of the Old Testament, to "correct" the text of the King James Bible. But, lo and behold, their own or recommended Bible translations do not contain the Apocrypha themselves, even though they are based on these texts. Isn't this strange? There is a word for this - Hypocrisy!
If someone says that the King James Bible is not the preserved and inerrant Word of God, ask them to put in your hand the Bible that they say is the preserved Word of God; the Bible that is the Word of God, inspired, breathed out by God, and infallible.
Can they not point out the Bible that has been preserved by God; have they presented you with a theory of a book that has no authority, that is constantly changing according to the traditions of men, according to the teachings of the world, a book that does not even exist as we do not have access to the original inspired texts. (Ask them also to show you the stone tablets with the 10 commandments given to Moses, which he smashed, if they claim that only the "original text" is inspired).
The King James Bible is not lacking in verses or words and has a Bible text that; builds up the Christian's faith, is unchanged in doctrine since 1611, is flawless and absolutely perfect. The King James Bible is a Bible that the reader can believe, trust and be guided by, as it has, since its inception in 1611, yielded unrivalled fruit unto the Lord. The King James Bible is the Word of Truth; perfect, proven and preserved through the ages, for over 400 years, to this day and forever.
"Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.” - Ords 30:5-6.
Part 3
All Bibles come from ONE of TWO different manuscript sources
As the saying goes "all that glitters is not gold", anything called a Bible is similarly not the word of God and it is up to us to find the real thing. In order to identify what is genuine and what is a forgery, the solution becomes obvious when we realise that there are only two manuscript sources. Indeed, although there are several hundred different English translations of the New Testament, there are only two sources for all these Bibles and they can all be traced back to one of two families of manuscripts - the Majority Text or the Minority Text. And many of the Bible translators who favour the Minority Text are themselves acting as counterfeiters and have fraudulently divided the two families of manuscripts into four categories, but this division tries to hide the fact that there are only two categories, families. Three of the categories originate from Alexandria and one from Antioch.
The word of God is under constant attack, even before it was finalised by the disciples under the guidance of God, there were forgeries in circulation. The reason for all these false versions of the Bible is based on three things:
The devil's plan to try to shatter people's trust in God's Word through false doctrines (Romans 1:25).
The devil's plan to create doubt about what God has said (Genesis 3:1) and thus make people doubt the Bible.
Evil, selfish people's love of money (1 Tim. 6:10). By constantly changing the translation, copyright protection can be obtained and a new Bible version can be sold again and again, which means more money for the publisher and book publishers.
"The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, O Lord, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever." - Psa 12:6-7. (KJV)
Manuscript sources
1. The Majority Text originates from Syria
The Majority Text which geographically originates from Syria, Antioch comprises about 99% of the over 5,000 extant manuscripts that exist today. These manuscripts were used by the translators of the King James Bible in 1604-1611 and the manuscripts have a high degree of correspondence with each other.
According to the Bible, the word of the Lord was published from Antioch, Syria. In Acts 13, Saul (Paul) (verse 9) becomes part of the church in Antioch (verse 1). "Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them.", this is what God said (verse 2. Holy Spirit). They preached in several places (but nowhere in the Bible is it mentioned that they were near Egypt) and in verse 49 we can read: "And the word of the Lord was published throughout all the region." This is the key to understanding which line of manuscript sources is to be trusted according to God.
What does God think of Antioch? E.g. that it is a place from which a man of good reputation, full of the Holy Spirit and wisdom came, and was appointed over the work of the Church (Acts 6:3-5). It is also the place where believers were first called 'Christians' (Acts 11:26). It is a place where the first great awakening of the Gentiles occurred (Acts 11:19-21). It is a place where many people were brought to the Lord (Acts 11:22-24). It is the place where God established as the headquarters of His Christian Church (Acts 11:25, 26). It is the place where God brought His prophets, signifying His blessing upon Antioch, while the world was in distress (Acts 11:27, 28) = Positive.
2. The Minority Text originates from Egypt
Are these the oldest texts?
The Minority Text is also called "The Critical Text" and originates geographically from Egypt, Alexandria and comprises about 45 texts, representing less than 1% of the extant manuscripts today:
The Codex Vaticanus (Codex B) was found in 1481 in the Vatican Library in Rome. In the Gospels, 749 complete sentences and 452 clauses are omitted, plus 237 other words, all of which are found in hundreds of other Greek manuscripts. The total number of words omitted in the Codex Vaticanus in the Gospels alone is 2,877 compared to the majority text. Despite this, Codex Vaticanus is praised as a valuable treasure. Codex Vaticanus has reportedly, been dated to the 3rd century, but whose scientific evidence for this claim is completely lacking. "In short, we cannot be sure of any precise dating or place of origin of Codex Vaticanus, nor, despite scientific efforts, can its history be traced before the 15th century." - Professor J. Neville Birdsall.
The Codex Sinaiticus (Aleph) was found in Saint Catherine's Monastery, which is Catholic and also under the administration of an Egyptian Governor. Most of today's Bibles have changed many Bible verses because of this discovery of an allegedly "ancient" manuscript from the 3rd century AD. See the book: Is The "World's Oldest Bible" a Fake? And the book: "Who Faked the "World's Oldest Bible?" - Chick Publications. Author David W. Daniels presents evidence that Sinaiticus, is in fact a 19th century forgery. And also shows the visual revelation that came about when an international group, who carefully photographed every page of Sinaiticus in high quality, published the Codex B images online. For the first time, biblical scholars and students were able to see the entire manuscript together, side by side. With their own eyes, they are shocked to see that some of the pages are white and look quite new, while others have been darkened to make them look very old. How is this possible if they are all from the same old Bible? Moreover, Sinaiticus is filled with errors, crossings out and contradictions.
Codex Alexandrinus, along with Vaticanus and Sinaiticus, are the three primary manuscripts that form the basis of modern Bible versions, and they have a high degree of disagreement with each other and a clear connection to Catholicism. And Sinaiticus and Vaticanus, the two main Alexandrian manuscripts, do not even agree with each other in over 3000 places (3036+); in the Gospels alone:
Gospel of Matthew (656+).
Gospel of Mark (567+).
Gospel of Luke (791+).
Gospel of John (1022+).
The manuscripts published in Alexandria, Egypt are not the word of God but manipulated writings, influenced by false religion and pagan philosophy. These manuscripts were generated by Origen, the founder of a school of philosophy, in Alexandria, Egypt and other like-minded people. This is something the Bible also warns against:
"Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.” - Col 2:8. (KJV)
Distribution of manuscript sources for the Bible
1% - Minority text (about 45 manuscripts)
99% - Majority text (about 5000 manuscripts)
As a testimony, which of these two manuscript sources is more trustworthy?
Where are reliable texts of the Old Testament?
Christianity and Judaism have the Hebrew text as a common Holy Scripture. In Judaism it is called the Tanakh, in Christianity it is called the Old Testament and together with the New Testament they form the Holy Bible. So where do we find reliable texts from the OT? The Bible gives us the answer:
WHAT advantage then hath the Jew? or what profit is there of circumcision? Much every way: chiefly, because that unto them were committed the oracles of God. - Romans 3:1-2. (KJV)
God entrusted his word (oracle) to the Jews, the Hebrew Scriptures. So we do NOT need other manuscripts from unreliable sources such as the Dead Sea Scrolls, who wrote these texts? Nor the Biblia Hebraica Stuttgartensia (BHS) produced by Rudolf Kittel (1853-1929), the latest version is called Biblia Hebraica Quinta (BHQ). Rudolf Kittel who showed anti-Semitic tendencies and his family ties to Nazism cast his work under a dark shadow.
The hypocrisy of the Apocrypha
No, the Apocrypha is NOT part of the word of God!
Picture: 1611 King James Version, First Edition (Facsimile Edition) G.T. has a clear separation from the Apocryphal books.
Septuagint (LXX), Codex Vaticanus and Sinaiticus; contains the Apocrypha as part of the Old Testament.
To find reliable texts of the Old Testament, we can NOT go to the Greek translation Septuagint (LXX) of the Old Testament either. In the Septuagint, the Old Testament is mixed up with the deuterocanonical writings (or apocrypha) which are not part of the Word of God. The argument that these writings are from the "oldest texts" and are therefore better because they would be closer to the "original text" is not true: Even if these Egyptian texts were now the oldest texts, (which they are not) this would be completely irrelevant, as an old forgery is still a forgery.
These highly valued manuscripts are the reason why words and verses are removed from the Bible text in all modern Bibles; while all these manuscripts contain the Apocrypha as part of; and mixed up with the books of the Old Testament, unlike the Bible text in the 1611 King James Bible which is clearly separated from the Apocryphal books, placed between G. T and N.T. In addition, at the end of Malachi are the words "The end of the Prophets" (see above picture), but most of the Bible translations based on these manuscripts today do not include the Apocrypha. We obviously don't support the Apocrypha, but isn't this a bit strange?
If these manuscripts are the oldest and best texts, why do they include the Apocrypha as part of the canonical text of the G.T.?
And why don't all Bibles based on these so-called "oldest and best texts" include the Apocrypha as part of the Word of God? They have no problem claiming that words and verses missing from these manuscripts do not belong in the Bible. The answer is hypocrisy.
No, the Apocrypha is not part of the word of God. And this also casts a dark shadow over these so-called oldest and best manuscripts. Note also that the Hebrew text does not contain the Apocrypha, which directly shows that these "books" do not belong in God's word as they were entrusted by God to the Jews (Rom. 3:1-2). It is also worth noting that King James I himself rejects the Apocryphal books as he considers them to be linked to Catholicism.
As for the apocryphal books, I omit them because I am not a Papist... - King James I of England (King James I) from his book "Basilikon Doron" (1599).
What does God think of Egypt? E.g. that it is a place where they will kill you and take your wife (Gen. 12:10-12); a place where they will make you slaves (Ex. 1:11-14); a place that God himself calls the "house of bondage" (Ex. 20:2) and the place that Moses calls the "iron furnace" ("the furnace of fire" (Deut. 4:20). It is a place with which God commands his people that their future king should not engage in any commercial trade. He specifically warns them not to buy horses there, and not even to go that way again (Deut. 17:16). It is a place that God spiritually describes the city where His two witnesses (Moses and Elijah, see Rev. 11:3-14, Mal. 4:4-5, Matt. 17:1-3) will be killed by the Antichrist in Jerusalem, during his time (7 years) as world ruler (Rev. 11:8). = Negative.
Choose the right Bible
Choosing the right Bible is much more than just deciding which book to read, it is a crucial heart issue regarding the attitude I should have towards God's word - Do I have the attitude of believers in Antioch who hold fast to God's word, or the attitude of unbelievers in Alexandria; who questioned, changed, corrected, added and removed texts from God's word. The first word the devil said to Eve was "Yea, hath God said," (Genesis 3:1) the devil's goal is precisely to create doubt about what God has said in His word. So the question is, which Bible do you trust?
A Bible whose line of manuscript sources runs from Egypt to Rome = the Minority Text
A Bible whose line of manuscript sources runs from Israel to Syria = the Majority Text
Make sure that your Bible is not full of holes and thus resembles the Bible in the illustration below.
Illustration of a Bible that is missing verses or words.
Are the following verses in your Bible?
Examples of 16 verses in the King James Version that have been completely omitted in modern Bibles (based on the corrupt Minority Text).
Matthew 17:21: "Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting.”
Matthew 18:11: "For the Son of man is come to save that which was lost.”
Matthew 23:14: "Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye devour widows’ houses, and for a pretence make long prayer: therefore ye shall receive the greater damnation.”
Mark 7:16: "If any man have ears to hear, let him hear.”
Mark 9:44: "Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched."
Mark 9:46: "Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.”
Mark 11:26: "But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.”
Mark 15:28: "And the scripture was fulfilled, which saith, And he was numbered with the transgressors.”
Luk 17:36: "Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left."
John 5:4: "For an angel went down at a certain season into the pool, and troubled the water: whosoever then first after the troubling of the water stepped in was made whole of whatsoever disease he had."
Acts 8:37: "And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God."
Acts 15:34: "Notwithstanding it pleased Silas to abide there still."
Acts 24:7: "But the chief captain Lysias came up on us, and with great violence took him away out of our hands,"
Acts 28:29: "And when he had said these words, the Jews departed, and had great reasoning among themselves."
Rom. 16:24: "The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen."
I Jo 5:7: "For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one."
Some Bibles also omit John 7:53 and the first eleven verses of John, chapter 8, v1-11.
Modern Bibles remove the name of God Almighty, Jehovah (Exodus 6:3).
"And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of God Almighty, but by my name JEHOVAH was I not known to them." - Exodus 6:3 (KJV)
See the image below from the 1611 King James Version, First edition. The name here is spelt with an I, IEHOVAH. In corrupt Bibles it says Lord instead of Jehovah.
Why are some Bibles missing the end of the Lord's Prayer in Matthew 6?
"After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen."- Mat 6:9-13. (KJV).
Often these modern Bible translations attack the deity of Jesus and remove the meaning of his shed blood (Col 1:14). In Isaiah 14:12, some text-critical Bibles not only remove the name of the devil, Lucifer, but they change him to the morning star who is Jesus (Rev 22:16). Sadly, this error is also found in the Charles XII Bible even though it comes from the Majority Text, so always compare the Bible text with the King James Bible:
KJV - "How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!" - Isa 14:12.
SKJVB -"Hur har du fallit från himmelen, O Lucifer, morgonens son! hur har du huggits ner till marken, som försvagade nationerna!" - Jes. 14:12 .
SK1873 - "Huru äst du af himmelen fallen, du sköna morgonstjerna? "Huru äst du till jordena fallen, du som försvagade Hedningarna?" - Jes 14:12.
Omitted words and verses - How can one who claims to be a Christian even consider accepting this abomination against the Word of God, when it says in Proverbs 30:5 that "Every word of God is pure" and in Luke 4:4 "...It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God."
Examples of Bibles from the same line of manuscripts as 1611 AV, in languages other than English.
Some of these Bibles were available before the 1611 King James Bible.
You can trust that God has preserved His Word through the ages and today we find it in the King James Bible (KJV) and in corresponding translations in other languages. The King James Bible (KJV) of 1611 is based on a specific line of manuscripts, mainly the Textus Receptus for the New Testament and the Masoretic Text for the Old Testament. Bible translations in other languages that are also based on the same or similar manuscript lines include:
French:
Olivétan Bible (1535): This French Bible translation by Pierre Robert Olivétan, a cousin of John Calvin, is one of the early Protestant translations based on the Textus Receptus.
Spanish:
Reina-Valera (1602, 1909): This Spanish translation is directly based on the Textus Receptus of the New Testament and the Hebrew Masoretic Text of the Old Testament. The best known version is the 1602 revision by Cipriano de Valera and further revisions, such as the 1909 version.
Italian:
Diodati Bible (1607): Giovanni Diodati translated the Bible into Italian and his translation is based on the same manuscript line as the King James Bible.
German:
Luther Bible (1534): As mentioned earlier, Martin Luther's translation of the Bible into German is mainly based on Erasmus' Textus Receptus for the New Testament and the Hebrew Masoretic Text for the Old Testament.
Dutch (Netherlandish):
Statenvertaling (1637): This translation into Dutch is directly based on the Textus Receptus and the Masoretic Text, and is the official translation commissioned by the Staten-Generaal (Dutch Parliament).
Portuguese:
Almeida Revista e Corrigida (1819): João Ferreira de Almeida translated the Bible into Portuguese, and the Revised and Corrected Version (1819) is heavily based on the Textus Receptus and the Masoretic Text.
Romanian:
Cornilescu Bible (1921): Translated by Dumitru Cornilescu, this Romanian Bible is also based on the Textus Receptus.
Hungarian:
Károli Biblia (1590): Translated by Gáspár Károli, this Hungarian translation is based on the Textus Receptus and the Masoretic Text.
Swedish:
Karl XII's Bible (1703): This translation into Swedish is also based on the Textus Receptus and the Masoretic Text, and is a revision of Gustav Vasa's Bible (1541).
Finnish:
Biblia (1776): This Finnish translation is also based on the Textus Receptus and the Masoretic Text, and is a revision of Michael Agricola's translation (1548).
These translations represent the traditional text family of which the KJV is a part. It is important to note that later translations in many languages have been influenced by other text families, such as Alexandrinus, Vaticanus, and other critical textual sources, which distinguish them from these older translations.
Summary
In summary, we see in the Bible that the word of God was published throughout the region of Antioch, Syria (not from Egypt) and was accepted by early believers as their authority (Acts 13:49). In contrast, the Alexandrian sect such as Origen, Eusebius, Westcott and Hort, and many others, have continued to propagate conflicting accounts of what the word of God says. The fact that these deceivers question whether some passages belong to the Bible is in the same spirit as what Satan said to Eve, "Has God said...?" (Genesis 3:1). The Bible warns us humans to add or exclude parts of God's word (Rev 22:18) and create confusion and uncertainty. Despite this, people deliberately create Bibles that are missing several Bible verses such as Acts. 8:37, John 5:4, 7:53, 8:1-11, Mar. 9:44, 46. No, it is not. The Minority Text is not to be trusted as the pure, inspired Word of God - God's Word creates faith! Not criticism, confusion and doubt.
"For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.”. - 1Cor 14:33. (KJV)
